Please check in 15 minutes prior to all treatments to receive your complimentary oxygen and herbal tea.
Change the Essence accepts all major credit cards. Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Gift Vouchers.
Services are provided by appointment only; our friendly staff are happy to assist you with making the perfect choices for your visit.
When scheduling multiple appointments, we recommend scheduling a minimum of two weeks in advance.
If you are late you will receive the remainder of your appointment that we have reserved especially for you; the allotted service time will not be extended.
To cancel or reschedule appointments, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to avoid full or partial charge.
Repeatedly missed or cancelled appointments will require you to prepay for all future appointments
If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications, obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving any services.
It is your responsibility to inform persons performing services of any medical conditions or physical limitations
Please leave all valuables at home, we cannot accept responsibility

Gift vouchers are available; whatever the occasion, we are happy to arrange a Gift Voucher for you
Gift Vouchers must be presented prior to receiving services
Full payment will be charged in the absence of a Gift Voucher
